Alma (Narkiewicz) Paulosky

Alma Paulosky, 93,Pottsville, passed away Wednesday morning at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Schuylkill East, Pottsville.

    Born in Minersville, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Julia Wedrohowski Narkiewicz.

    Alma spent most of her life as a housewife but also worked as a dental assistant. She was a 1941 graduate of Minersville High School. She was a member of St. Matthew the Evangelist Church, Minersville and was a member of the former St. Francis Church in Minersville. She was also a member of the Pottsville Lionettes.

    She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Joseph Paulosky; a sister Irene Sidoriak and 3 brothers, Dr. Pius Narkiewicz,  Frank Narkiewicz and Vincent Narkiewicz.

    She is survived by her nephew and caregiver, Dr. Peter Sidoriak and his wife Ann, Minersville; a sister Leona N. Mollick, Phoenix Az.; other nieces and nephews. 

        Relatives and friends may call Saturday morning from 8AM to 10AM at the Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, 328 Sunbury St. Minersville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 Saturday in St. Matthew the Evangelist Church, 139 Spruce St., Minersville with Fr. Leo J. Maletz as the celebrant. Interment will be in St Francis Cemetery, Minersville.
