Joan (Ney) Antonelli

Joan Antonelli, 77, of Forestville passed away Sunday morning at her home surrounded by her family.

    Born Mt. Pleasant, she ws a daughter of the late Rufus and Vernie Berner Ney.

   Joan was a graduate of the former Cass Twp. High School. She was a lifelong member of the Trinity Chapel, Buck Run. She was retired from the former Rest Haven Nursing Home where she was employed for 40 years

  She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Marlin Ney and  Russel Ney and a sister Frances Grooms.

  She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Anthony Antonelli; 4 daughters, Joan Larkin, Minersville, Jean Lucas and her husband Scott, Mowry, Karen Worrall and her husband Kenneth, Glen Dower and Deb Smith and her husband Barry, Heckscherville; 5 grandchildren, Elaina and Mark Antonelli, Jarod Smith and Collin and Ethan Larkin; 2 brothers, Floyd Ney, Levittown, and Ronald Ney, Michigan; 2 sisters, Dorothy Dower, Buck Run and Marie Keefer, Pine Grove; nieces and nephews. 

   Funeral Services will be held at Trinity Chapel, Buck Run on Monday at 11AM. Pastor Carl Imschweiler will officiate.  Relatives and friends may call at the Chapel on Monday morning from 9AM until the time of the service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

      In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Trinity Chapel. Contributions will be accepted at the funeral home. The Donald J.
