Obituary

George Morgan, 84, of Duncott, passed away on Saturday at the Green Valley Nursing and Rehab Center, Pottsville.

 Born in Pine Grove, he was a son of the late Harry and Carrie Miller Morgan.

 He was a graduate of Pine Grove High School. He was of the catholic faith and was a member of the former St. Kieran’ Church, Hechchersville. He was a bricklayer in the construction industry.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife the former Rose Conville in 2020; a brother Allan and a sister Marion

 He is survived by 2 sons, Bryan Morgan and his wife Leeann, Frackville and Allan Morgan, Temple; 3 grandchildren, Amanda, Ashton and Ashley; 3 great grandchildren, Aiden, Kay and Logan; a sister, Violet; nieces and nephews.

   Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, 328 Sunbury St., Minersville.
