Joseph Barnyock

Joseph “Yogi” Barnyock, 77, of Branchdale, passed away Friday evening at his home.  

 Born in Pottsville, he was the son of Steve and Mary Barnyock.

  He was a graduate of Reilly Twp High School and was of the Catholic faith. Joseph was an equipment operator in the local mining industry. He was a member of the Muddy Creek Gun Club, the Valley View Gun Club and the Branchdale Fire Co.

      He is survived by a cousin, William Barnyock, Westfield, Pa. and a very good friend, Kathleen Meskunas, Branchdale..

    A Funeral Service will be held   5:30 PM  Saturday, August 27, at the Newtown Fire Co.. Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.
