Sheryl Lynn (Schaffer) Ladick

        Sheryl Lynn Ladick, 59, of Minersville, passed away peacefully Sunday at her home.

      Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Pete and Iona Ebright Schaffer.

      She was a graduate of Minersville High School. She was employed in the local nursing home industry. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Minersville.

      In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Thelma Schaffer.

      She is survived by 2 sons, Joseph Ladick and Jason Ladick, both of Minersville; her companion Michael Sinko, at home; 4 grandchildren, Joseph Ladick, Eva Ladick, Cassandra Griffths and McKenzie Briggs; 4 sisters, Karen, Wendy,Debbie and Kay; nieces and nephews and also Regina Sinko for whom she was caregiver for many years. 

     A Funeral service will be held Friday at 6PM at the First Congregation Church, 315 Sunbury St, Minersville. Relatives and friends may call at the church from 5PM until the time of the service. Arrangements are by the Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, 328 Sunbury St., Minersville.
